FAST Australia is proudly participating in the CAN (Cure Angelman Now) Campaign. FAST organisations around the world come together to raise funds to support our common goal of a cure for Angelman syndrome. Follow the link below to set up a page, or make a donation to an existing page.  We can give you any support you need (logos, branding, permits). If you have a great idea for a fundraiser or just a few questions please contact us using the link below. With our help, creativity and persistence, we know that you will reach your fundraising goals.

ENQUIRE ABOUT FUNDRAISING

Through the Go Fundraise platform, you can set up your own fundraising page or you can join an existing event such as a fun run or marathon.

Other Ways to Give

There are a number of different ways to donate to our great cause; below are just a few suggestions. FAST Australia is a Registered Australian company, and a Health Promotion Charity with DGR status. Donations over $2 are tax deductable.

  • Make a Donation
Make a one time or a regular monthly donation using the “donate now” button in the top menu, or contact us to obtain details of our bank account for a direct deposit. Alternatively, you can also send a cheque or money order to the address at the bottom of this webpage.
  • Corporate Matching
Many companies have a matching gift program; you give an amount, they donate the same – all you have to do is ask. We can provide your workplace or company with the necessary documentation to confirm your donation and assist in this process.
  • Nominate us
From time to time, business and philanthropic organisations have competitions or grant rounds where you may be able to nominate FAST, or we may be able to apply for a grant to fund some of our programs. In 2014 FAST Australia received $10,000 from the Dick Smith Foundation in an online competition, then US $50,000 in the Microsoft UpgradeYourWorld Challenge (and FAST United States won a massive US $250k in an online voting competition!) If you see something, please let us know.
